Unlike many corporate websites, the team at Azydeco Software (the trading name of Reduced Hackers Limited) made a conscious decision to avoid using tracking tools, scripts, or pixels. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, can see website visits, clicks, and page views, but we don’t access that data and won't use this information for marketing purposes. We don't collect email addresses on the website, though we would invite you to email us directly from your own email client. Additionally we are not tracking content popularity.
Our focus is on providing solutions to client problems, not on A/B testing our site design or chasing trends with the latest acronyms and buzzwords. We strive to minimize Google and other tracking elements in our website and within our products and hope our website's hosting and delivery services won't introduce them; if you find them though let us know; as we think you should be able to use the web without the worry.
Some of our applications require email addresses and possibly payment information. We use external service providers to handle these details and associated tracking. Our payment gateways provider, currently Stripe, will process and store your personally identifiable information; but these services are running outside our domains. As yet (-2025-) we don't run a mailshot / news letter service. It's hard enough keeping new content on a website without adding the overhead of marketing emails; we might change our mind on that and if we do we will update our policies.
